Roman Life & Times sessions from £160

This area proved a vital strategic ground for the Roman army at the start of their British occupation from 43 AD. They initially built a fort at Longthorpe,
then a settlement called Durobrivae grew which was inhabited until the end of the Roman rule in 410 AD.
