Our Community Gallery is a bright and open space in the heart of the museum, for displaying projects and exhibitions curated with the community. These exhibitions are often evolving and will provide a space in the museum for community stories to be told.

50 years of Racial Equality work in Peterborough

8 - 30 March 2024

Peterborough Racial Equality Council (formerly Peterborough Council for Community Relations) was founded in 1974. This exhibition celebrates the development of Racial Equality work over the last half century, in the context of national and local events that influenced and threatened community cohesion.
