Mary Anning Rocks - The road trip

Be sure to check out the artist's maquette of Mary, a stunning mini-statue that has toured the country, giving those who can't make it to the South Coast a chance to see the Mary statue that was unveiled in May 2022 in Mary's home town of Lyme Regis.

The Mary Anning exhibition will be displayed in our Community Gallery, on the first floor, next to our Jurassic Gallery. Learn about Jurassic Peterborough as you explore one of the world’s finest collections of Jurassic marine reptiles,the same unique specimens discovered by Mary Anning including Ichthyosaurs, and Plesiosaurs.
