Museum Outreach: Roman Surgeon (KS2)

Roman Surgeon sessions from £160

Imagine it is the 3rd Century and you are living in a Roman town called Durobrivae. During your lifetime, like any lifetime, you will need to see the medicus. Pupils in role will take on Roman characters with Roman aliments and find out if and how they will be cured. The surgeon will explain and lead discussions on the connections with the history of medicine throughout the ages to modern times.
